How to get headlights clear?

I just bought a used 1995 neon. The headlight are yellow and blurry, does any one know how to clear them up? Thanks for any advice.How to get headlights clear?

Hi, i have a Neon too, same problem is starting to occur. I put car polish on the plastic to help a little, but it still deteriorates. There are a few ';headlight restoration kits'; available at the auto parts stores nowadays for about $20. I dont know how well it works.....i work as a detailer for a used car dealer; our trick is to polish the headlights and tailights with mild compound and spray them with clear paint. It might be best if you can order new headlight lenses from the dealer of off the net. Or, add a pair of aftermarket driving lights.....55 watts is standard, 75 watts works best for me, 100 watts is too bright and blinds people....even when lights are pointed low. Good Luck!!!
